Large Couple Foo Dogs Temple Lions Turquoise Ceramic 25cm
About the Item
Beautiful pair of foo dogs, temple lions, vintage figurines made of turquoise, light blue colored glazed ceramic, China, not marked, circa mid 20th century.
This beautiful pair is not completely identical in color, they are made in almost identical style, so probably there is only a mistake in the color determination. One foo dog has its paw on a ball, the other holds a small foo dog cub in check.
These figurines are both in good vintage condition, signs of age and use appropriate to the age and material, a few minor chips along the edge of the bottom, a small mistake in the glaze on the ear of 1 of the figurines (no chip), but they still look fantastic, check the photos for more details!
