Large Staffordshire Pottery Figure of Hercules

About the Item

A Large Staffordshire Pottery Figure of Hercules, with name on base. This significantly sized figure depicts Hercules with his club casually standing against a classic Staffordshire bocage setting. The scale of the figure seems to well suit the mythological subject, and there is something very fun about the always quirky Staffordshire approach to representation. This is a great statement piece for a den or any casual space that needs a hero.
