A wonderful carved wood Buddha sculpture carved out of a massive log. Not sure what the wood is, but it is extremely heavy. The Buddha is holding a bird. The sculpture is approximately 37 inches tall. There are a few losses (bird’s tail) and repairs, please see the detailed photos. The cracks or splits in the wood are natural and do not affect the stability of the sculpture.
