About the Item

Nature's Artwork: Large Deep Blue and Amber Crystal Agate Geode "Butterfly Wings", 100% Natural ▫️ Description Sculptural, rare, large and with beautiful aesthetics, this crystal agate geode will surely elevate your collection or space. It's a spectacular, 100% natural geode that was meticulously cut open to showcase its unique colors and formation, celebrating nature's artistry. Nature has beautifully crafted the sculptural formation of the agate, revealing growth patterns that formed over millions of years. An amber layer of agate formed the outer part of the geode and gradually transitioned to tones of blue until it suddenly created white laces. The interior of the geode brings a velvety texture of microscopic quartz that covers the last formed white layers. The exterior was fully polished, revealing the natural landscape that encapsulated the geode when it formed. It is essential to emphasize that this Crystal Agate Geode is entirely natural, presented in its purest form without any treatments. We have chosen to display it in a butterfly configuration, a natural shape that enhances the aesthetic beauty of the geode. A top-tier geode transformed into wings that are perfect for your gallery shelf or as a standout addition to your decor, leaving friends in admiration. Check out the photos for more details, and feel free to send us a message if you have any questions or specific requests. 🤍 You may be wondering, how were the laced agate layers formed? It's truly fascinating: agates normally form inside bubbles or cavities of igneous (volcanic) basalt and, over time, are filled with layers of water with high concentrations of silica. The water is slowly evaporated, forming a layer of silica gelatin and then a layer is formed. It is a very slow process and each layer contained different impurities, thus forming different colored bands. Natural Blue Lace Agate Geode Butterfly Wings with Amethyst and Landscaped Back
Located in Ametista Do Sul, BR
A fascinating agate geode that was cut open to show the world its internal beauty, this Agate Geode Wings combines world-class blue lace agate, purple amethyst druzy, and careful craftsmanship to become this spectacular natural artwork. Exceptional from every angle, for sure this Geode Wings will be an amazing addition collection or a conversation starter in your decor space. The Agate layer pattern that can be seen reveals the entire process of growth. For millions upon millions of years, it evolved, and in the middle of it, the Purple Amethyst Druzy showcased Nature's remarkable craftsmanship. The agate layers grow one after the other, and millions of years separate the first layer from the last one. We carefully polished this specimen to highlight its natural features. On its front, the blue and white agate lines contrast beautifully with the Purple Amethyst. Meanwhile, on the back, a landscape reminiscent of islands in the middle of the sea has taken shape. It is very important to highlight the fact that these Agate Butterfly Geodes...
