Calcite on Amethyst Specimen from the Toldinho Mine, Collector/Gallery Grade
About the Item
A rare calcite specimen from the famous Brazilian Toldinho Mine, this magnificent, museum-quality piece sits beautifully on a bed of amethyst, forming a mineral masterpiece that will surely find its way into a renowned collection or become the central specimen to add as the centerpiece in your decor space to bring unparalleled natural elegance.
Prominent, and sharply defined, the calcite calls attention at first sight. It showcases an elegant honey calcite color and features hundreds of smaller calcite growing on its sides, simulating an elestial formation but with even greater detail. To top it all off, a perfectly clear calcite crystal has found its way to the pinnacle of the formation, crowning the specimen with a never-before-seen formation.
A deep purple amethyst provides the background and the much-needed contrast to the calcite. The amethyst brings various minerals attached to it, and we have decided not to clean it in order to preserve this specimen in its perfectly natural state, maintaining the original integrity and authenticity of the piece.
It was expertly extracted and preserved, keeping its pristine condition and natural beauty. All of that and the peace of mind of being Ethically sourced in Toldinho, Brazil.
The size, color, and quality of this specimen make it a once-in-a-lifetime find, certainly classifying it as a world-class specimen. Please check the pictures to see more of it and feel free to message us in case you have any questions or particular requests. 🤍
