About the Item

An Extremely Rare William IV Travelling Scent Flask Made in London in 1835 by Archibald Douglas. The Scent Flask is plain in design and narrow rectangular in form. The screw on cover is decorated with reeded bands and a corded band at the top. This piece is in excellent condition and is very well marked. These items are especially rare and were probably used when travelling to fill up a more decorative scent etui. Archibald Douglas also made travelling Inkwells of the finest quality. Additional information: Length: 4.25 inches, 10.63cm.
