About the Item
Unsual hard-fired stoneware jar or urn featuring a playfull bee to its lid. Designed and made by the Danish Female Ceramist Getter Hundstrup in Denmark during the 1980s. It has this honest simple yet somehow brutalist stylistic vibe to it. Suitable for wabi-sabi, Swedish Grace, Modern and midcentury interiors. Well-kept and clean condition and suitable for storing honey, marmelade or personal smalls during to its interior glaze. Signed Getter.
