Bitossi Seta (Silk) Series Gold Turquoise Planter Pot, Aldo Londi, Sgraffito

About the Item

Mid-century Bitossi Pottery Seta (Silk) Vase designed by Aldo Londi and retailed by Raymor. Made in Italy and numbered on the underside. Exterior has a sgraffito incised striped pattern with a gold-leaf look. Interior is glazed in turquoise with light crazing on bottom. Measures 6" high x 7" diameter to outside (5.5" diameter inside). Very good condition with three minor issues, shown in last 3 photos: - One small chip to rim - One small factory skip to rim - Area of loss to gold finish on rim, about 2.5" long, reading as black
