About the Item

A large 19th Century Majolica jardiniere on stand, of the type that would be typically found in a fine stately home or country estate. With satyr masks and encrusted flowers to all sides, raised on lion paw feet. No visible makers mark but very possibly Minton. A remarkable example in lovely original condition, and exactly how we found it. We have even resisted giving it a wash.
