Unique 'Koulis, Eleusis' stoneware vase by Klaus Jurgen Schmidt
Located in Milano, IT
‘Koulis, Eleusis’ is a vessel, but a body. A voluptuously shaped amphora containing a composition of symbolic embellishments - he is a male trans-species 'Neo-Rhyton'.

Koulis is at once a composed, designed object - yet Klaus finds the process a metaphysical untangling of checkered past experiences and new discoveries - as a method of recovery.
