About the Item
Beautiful, antique, early Venetian / Murano hand blown jade green with gold flecks Italian art glass with ornate swan stem vase / table object. Created in the manner of the Salviati and Fratelli Toso companies. The color is a beautiful jade green color, with clear and gold double handles. It has a gorgeous and highly detailed swan attaching the top and foot of the piece together. It also has a ruffled rim, and diamond quilted surface. The entire piece is profusely covered in gold leaf throughout. It glitters in any light. Would make a great piece for any curio cabinet, vanity or coffee table. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Art Nouveau, Art Deco era. Measures 7 1/4" tall x 3 1/4" wide at the base.
