Exquisite pair of Wedgwood Ordinary lustre baluster vases by Daisy Makeig-Jones. Circa 1915. Dominated by dramatic gilded exotic crested birds on an incredibly rich royal blue mottled ground. Gilded flying geese surround both upper and lower rims. The interior is an opulent orange mottle glaze. Circa 1915. Marked Z5294 to base of one vase, both vases signed with the Portland vase. Measures: height 4.25 inch, diameter 2.5 inch. In stunning condition.
