About the Item
This large art glass vase is signed by an unknown artist and presumed to have been made in Italy in approximately 1970 in a Mid-Century Modern style. The base form of the glass is composed of a black and gold flecked clear glass, with a layered bright blue banding. The mix of gold and black within the base form of the vase, refracts the light in varying ways and again differently with the addition of the blue threading. The vase is signed on the base, but too illegible to identify.
