About the Item
Set of Murano glass ribbed vase and pitcher with 24-karat gold, in style of Barovier, Italy, 1980s.
The masterpieces come in different shapes: one has an oval base and an undulated edge on top, while the other is a pitcher with a stylized handle and a longish lip. They are characterized by some vertical ribbed decorations in relief, with sunken 24-karat gold in oblique lines that spread all around them, as a precious embellishment.
These beautiful vases are made of the artistic glass of Murano. These artistic creations were blown and handcrafted in the Venetian island of Murano (Italy), using a particular sunken gold manufacture.
