About the Item
A spectacular set of two vases, impressively large. These two vases are made of spelter, cold-painted, and paired, made in France around 1900.
The vases have a sweeping shape, typical of the heyday of French Art Nouveau. Each vase depicts a lady with flowers, paired, in pure Art Nouveau style. The vases are masterfully cold-painted in a bronze finish.
Note the size, which is difficult to convey in the photos.
Dimensions approx. height 17,72 in - 45 cm, width 10,24 in - 26 cm, depth 5,12 in - 13 cm.
Both vases still have their original brass inserts for water and flowers – this is very rare. Treat yourself to two wonderful, impressive Art Nouveau vases from France.
