Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this sublime antique 1906 gold coloured glass Whiskey Spirit decanter with Sterling silver collar and cut glass crystal stopper
A good looking and decorative piece, it has a slight gold hew to the colour of the glass, it has the following marks on the collar
MAKERS MARK:- Can't really make it out but it looks like FCH LHR
TOWN:- Ships Anchor for Birmingham
DATE LETTER:- G for 1906
STERLING:- Sideways facing Lion
The condition is good used and vintage, there maybe the odd imperfections you can’t really see, antique glass always has signs of age and use, to my eyes this looks to be in perfect condition apart from the silver collar which comes off as per the pictures, if you are planning on using this for actual whisky it would be good to stick that down
