About the Item
This pair of wine bottle coaster was made by the Apex Company of England in approximately 1920 in a period Art Deco style. The bottle coasters are composed of silver plate with a stylized rope around the rim with walnut stained turned wooden inserts in the bottom. The coasters are clearly signed "Apex" on the base of the sides and the bottoms are covered in green felt.
