About the Item
Large centerpiece - oval tray in solid 800 silver.
The centerpiece was made entirely by hand, starting from a rough sheet of 800 silver and then hammered to give it the oval shape with the large raised brim.
The edge was embossed and chiseled to depict horns with flowers (cornucopias symbol of abundance), scrolls and leaves.
The edge and center of the centerpiece were left without embossed and only hammered to ensure that the design remained light, elegant and balanced.
Made in Florence - Italy - at the end of the 20th century in the silversmith's workshop "Il Leone" for ARVAL ARGENTI VALENZA
