Hania Jneid
Hania Jneid is a multidisciplinary designer and artist whose work is deeply influenced by her diverse cultural experiences and education. A graduate of the Royal College of Art with an MA in interior design, she began her career by establishing a design studio in Barcelona, where she also honed her pottery skills under the guidance of master potters. Her creative approach reflects a blend of Spanish, British, and Middle Eastern influences, resulting in designs that bridge tradition and contemporary aesthetics. Based in both Beirut and Barcelona, Jneid has recently opened a showroom and studio in Beirut, where she shares her passion for art and design with the city’s vibrant creative community. Her work often explores the intersections of form, material, and cultural identity, resonating with the dynamic design scene of the Mediterranean and beyond. Hania Jneid’s work is an ongoing dialogue between material, intuition, and imperfection. She does not seek rigid perfection but rather a raw, expressive beauty that emerges through the process itself. Her pieces are hand-built, carrying the marks of their making—each an imprint of time, touch, and emotion.
She believes that art is not just about form but about presence—how an object feels, how it resonates beyond its physicality. Her practice is deeply personal, an extension of her internal world, where emotions and philosophical musings take tangible form.
