About the Item

Big Ceramic Tray - Marine Themed Ceramic - Collectible Handpainted Ceramic A handcrafted ceramic plate featuring a rich, dark green petroleum glaze, complemented by iridescent bubbles and intricate carved details depicting a crane hook with a steel cable. Surface & Finish: The plate is coated with a deep, glossy dark green petroleum glaze that shifts subtly in different lighting conditions, evoking the depths of oceanic or industrial hues. Hand-painted accents may enhance the iridescent bubble effects, creating a shimmering, oil-like appearance on the surface. The Iridescent Bubbles, Small, translucent are intentionally incorporated into the glaze or applied as decoration, manifesting as iridescent, rainbow-like reflections across the surface. These offer a sense of movement and depth, reminiscent of soap bubbles or oil slicks. Carved & Embossed Sculpture: The central motif is a detailed, embossed sculpture carved into the ceramic surface. It depicts an industrial scene: A crane hook, rendered with textured realism, with visible rivets or weld lines that suggest weight and robustness. A piece of steel cable, elegantly twisted and textured to mimic its real-life counterpart, appears to be hanging from the hook, giving a dynamic, industrial aesthetic. Well preserved and very attractive, the tray is part of our curated selection of decorative objects for special homes.
