Royal Worcester Majolica Wall Pocket, the vessel molded as a conical-form nest, with green glazed leaves, surmounted by a brilliantly glazed hummingbird (beak restored).
Impressed marks to reverse, Royal Worcester factory mark, and British Registry diamond with year cypher 'X' for 1868.
This design is documented in the Karmason Library of the Majolica International Society, Number KL013444P, with the designation 'Very Rare.'
