Entirely hand-cut and engraved, this glass was created to commemorate the 600th anniversary of the Anglo-Portuguese Alliance (1373-1973), one of the oldest diplomatic treaties still in force. Its refined design features a flared bowl with delicate engravings, a diamond-cut central knop, and a faceted sculpted foot, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship of Portuguese artisans of the time. The intricate engraving displays the emblems of Portugal and the United Kingdom, surrounded by inscriptions celebrating this historic alliance.
