Dutch twist wine glass, ca 1750-1770
Dutch twist wine glasses were blown in the 2nd half of the 18th century. The Dutch glass consists of the twist in the stem, usually of a wick with many thin spirals around it. This wine glass with a large round base measures 7 cm diagonally and the height of the glass is 12.8 cm and the chalice of the glass is 5.9 cm diagonally. The weight is 110 grams.
