Box made of white opal glass painted with a chinoiserie motif, A motif depicting the preparation and drinking of tea, This motif was very popular in the 19th century. So the box was probably used to store tea. This is probably a work from the first half of the 20th century. This is beautiful handwork. Probably made in Bohemia. The box is not damaged.
