Rare, large collection of fourteen Swedish Drinking Glasses from the 18th-19th c

About the Item

Rare, large collection of fourteen Swedish Drinking Glasses from the 18th-19th centuries Sometimes I spend years collecting to build what, in my opinion, is an impressive collection of 18th- and 19th-century schnapps glasses. Each piece is hand-blown glass with a unique shape and form, full of character and imperfections. All have broken stems that have been repaired with wooden bases, adding to their charm. Glass was expensive in those days, and I love broken items that someone took the time and care to save. The wooden repairs give these glasses so much character.
