A beautiful Scandinavian Modern Danish Modern art glass tazza or compote piece after Holmegaard, circa mid-20th century, Denmark. A very beautiful and substantial Midcentury Modern art glass tazza or compote in excellent condition in the style of luxury art glass maker Holmegaard. Base is clear art glass with a very small 'controlled bubble' design, and a round smooth 'smoked' art glass top. This is a beautiful standalone piece; however, piece can be used for entertaining and serve as a platform for petit-fours, dessert, cheese, etc. Dimensions: 8" diameter top x 4.25" Height.
