About the Item

A fine set of cordials glasses or stems. By George Thompson for Steuben. In clear glass. Pattern No. 7877. Each cordial with a round foot and a baluster stem with a teardrop air bubble trapped inside. Holds about 2 oz. Together with the original divided box and dust jackets. This set dates to the 1940s. Each marked to the underside with an etched "S". Perfect for your favorite cordial, dessert wine, liquor, or liqueur. Simply a wonderful Steuben design! Date: 1940s Overall Condition: They are in overall good, as-pictured. Condition Details: One of the glasses has a small scuff/scratch to the side of the bowl. The box shows signs of wear especially to the corners and top of the lid, and the ribbons have frayed. Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. Maker: George Thompson for Steuben Pattern: 7877 Marks: Etched "S" to underside.
