About the Item

Work of the designer Antonio Da Ros for the CENEDESE glassworks, made of Murano glass through the submerged glass cabinet, datable to the 1960s. The work is part of the collection developed by Da Ros in the Sixties in collaboration with Cenedese di Murano, creating a line of works with stylized shapes, where the most important characteristics are the simplicity of the shapes, the preciousness of the material and the modernity of the colors. . The glass in question is made with a clear-transparent glass with an elongated shape, with a sort of round knob in the upper part, inside there is a dark green glass "bubble", created through the submerged glass cabinet. , identifying this collaboration. "Vetreria Cenedese" is one of the most prestigious realities on the island of Murano, founded in 1946, creates works of high quality and exclusivity, pursuing both the tradition of Murano and seeking contemporary suggestions of forms and techniques, placing itself as avant-garde in the field of Glassware.
