About the Item

Pampaloni, Italian sterling silver pitcher, beautifully hammered, in Mid-Century Modern style, with an elegant, geometric design and craftsmanship reminiscent of the work of great silversmiths such as Georg Jensen and Lalaounis. It measures 8 1/4'' in height by 9 1/4'' from handle to spout, weighs 36 troy ounces, and bears hallmarks as shown. Founded in Florence in 1902 by Emidio Pampaloni, the company began as a boutique workshop dedicated to high-quality silver craftsmanship. Today, it's a family-run enterprise, spearheaded by the third generation. Some of their pieces were exhibited at MoMA in New York and a chalice they made was given to Pope Francis upon his visit to the Jewish community in Rome. Please feel free to ask us any questions, and please see our other listings. NO published price will beat ours. We hand polish all items before shipping them out, but if there is interest for a professional polishing, we can take care of that for an additional charge and with delayed shipping.
