About the Item

From the Faiencerie Subtil, Portugal, a Mid-Century pate terrine, the cover formed as a sitting Duck, circa 1960s to early 1970s. The well molded feathered duck sits on an oval base, glazed in the brown coloring typical of this pottery. Beautiful detail to the lid, the base is banded with a black lining. Base: 6.5 in. L x 4.75 in. W x 2.75 in. Deep. Overall height: 5.75 inches. Very good vintage conditions.
