Goldscheider vienna very interesting as well as rare dancingy lady figurine. Designed by Josef Lorenzl (1892 - 1950) / one of the most important designers having been active for Goldscheider manufactory in period of 1920 - 1940 / model 6003 created circa 1929/30. Made 1930-1935 Model number 6003 / 61 / 10 Hallmarked: GOLDSCHEIDER's stamp mark G / further there are the characters "Goldscheider Wien, MADE IN AUSTRIA & HAND-DECORATED" visible at reverse side of base / the name of modeller: ' LORENZL ' is existing at edge of base (backside). Painter's and modeller's signs visible, too. Subject: Dancing lady, balancing on tiptoes of right leg (most remarkable movement patterns !)  It is a quite rare dancing lady figurine, clad in night blue-violet-cream white garments - a jacket with collar trimming, short pants and a long skirt (= held by lady's left raised hand so that her dainty legs become visible). The tiptoeing lady raises her arms backwards while she is looking straight ahead. The female dancer's features are very handsome, she has beautiful red lips as well as a pretty nose; the lady's hairstyle is typical for the 1920s/1930s. The lady dancer is based on socle of rhomb type.
