English gilt painted shell form serving dish. Lobed shell shaped sweetmeat dish/plate with gold and blue band centering on small flowers and butterflies. Underglaze blue "D" monogram. England, mid-19th century. Dimensions: 8" W x 9" H x 1.75" D.
