Design:
Michel Victor Acier (1736-1799) / model G 32 created 1780
The sculptor was born at Versailles / France. He had studied Art of Sculpture in Paris and was appointed as sculptor of Meissen Porcelain Manufactory then (1762). Acier created many models generally in style of Rococo and specially in Watteau style.
Finally, the sculptor became Model Master of the Saxon King in year 1780, moving to Dresden then.
Made circa 1920-1924

Three Children Clad In Rococo Garments
There are two boys visible - one of them has taken place on socle of a marble column having fallen down / the second one - holding a drum - balances on a beam having wooden appearance: Both look at a girl balancing on other end of mentioned beam (hear head is supported on rocky base). Additionally, there is an antique 'Herme' visible (= a marble stele with female upper body and head of antique style). A basket filled with flowers lies on stony support, being visible in front of the children. -
The figurine group here is attached to oval rocky base with golden painted border at edge.

height 10.43 inches (26.5 cm) / width 6.88 inches (17.5 cm) / depth 5.70 inches (14.5 cm).
