About the Item

Serving dish, pedestal cup, in bronze, antique patina, the tray decorated in its center with a profile of Athena encircled by a frieze of shells, garlands, ribbons, rosettes and volutes, lateral grip with palmette decorations. The shaft chiseled in a decoration similar to the tray and punctuated by two gadrooned rings. It rests on a circular base with a frieze of flats. In the style of Barbedienne. France, late 19th century.
