A fine and impressive vintage Danish sterling silver caddy spoon made by George Jensen in the Art Deco style, an addition to our Georg Jensen sterling silver flatware collection. This exceptional vintage Danish sterling silver caddy spoon has a plain rounded bowl. The surface of the bowl of this antique caddy spoon is plain and embellished with an iconic Georg Jensen Art Deco style tiered design to the terminal. The hallmarks struck to the reverse of this silver spoon include: Maker's mark: Georg Jensen Silversmiths Ltd Silver quality/purity mark: Sterling, .925 (925/1000) Country mark: Denmark Importer's mark: G.J LD (Georg Jensen Ltd) Import hallmark: London Import date mark: L (1946) Condition This silver tea caddy spoon is an exceptional gauge of silver for its type, exceptional quality for its type and in exceptional presentation condition. Full import and Danish hallmarks struck to the reverse surface are all very clear.
