A vintage four-piece salt cellar from Topazio Cazenovia Abroad, Portugal, circa 1980s.
In silver plate with a raised grape leaf motif, the set includes the outer cage, a glass insert, a knobbed lid, and a salt spoon formed as a grape stem with a leaf bowl and a grape cluster handle.
In the Topazio Polido finish.
Overall measurement: 1.5 inches in diameter x 2.25 in. H – 2.75 in. H with the spoon in place.
Glass liner: 1.25 in. Diameter x 1.25 in. H
Spoon: 2.75 in. L
The cage and spoon both show the makers marks: Topazio, Portugal
In very good vintage condition – The Polido finish shows a coppery cast beneath the silver plating.
