About the Item
Very beautiful and rare set from the 1960s. Simple, puristic, Japanese style. The set consists of 2 vessels, the high vessel is intended for honey, the low one for sugar or jam. The vessels are made of fine ceramic, glazed matt white on the outside and glossy yellow on the inside. The stand is made of teak, the spoon for the honey is made of rosewood and the lid of the tall jar is made of elm. The stand is stamped 'Laurids Lonborg Made in Denmark' on the underside, and there is a sticker on the bottom of the low vessel that reads 'Made in Denmark'.
