This exceptional, fine and impressive antique Dutch sterling silver bachelor teapot has a circular rounded form onto a circular collet foot.
The surface of this antique bachelor teapot is embellished with impressive chased scrolling foliate and floral motifs, all on a matte background.
The lower portion of the body is encircled with an impressive fluted border, and the upper rim bears a plain scalloped border.
This antique teapot is fitted with a push fit subtly domed cover, ornamented with further chased foliate and scalloped decoration and surmounted with the original carved wood and silver finial.
This exceptional teapot retains the original carved wood C shaped handle accented with a plain scrolling thumbpiece.
This antique teapot is fitted with an impressive swan necked spout ornamented with further chased foliate decoration, reflecting that of the body and cover.
Condition
This antique bachelor teapot is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional presentation condition.
The chased decoration is sharp.
The hallmarks struck to the underside of the teapot are all very clear.

This exceptional antique Edwardian sterling silver bachelor teapot has a circular cushion shaped form onto four feet.
The surface of the teapot is embellished with chased, large interlacing leaf motifs on a textured background; the leaf designs eminate from a plain starburst motif to the underside.
The decoration to the body incorporates four cartouches, each displaying a simplified Dutch style rural architectural scene.
The upper portion of the body is ornamented with a band of chased ribbed decoration below the plain swept shoulders.
This antique teapot is fitted with a hallmarked, domed hinged cover encircled with a scalloped border and surmounted with an impressive and original floral and foliate finial.
This fine teapot is fitted with the original carved pear wood C shaped handle with plain sterling silver sockets.

The surface of the bachelor teapot is plain and unembellished.
The upper rim of the body is ornamented with a band of cast and applied gadroon decoration all in a swirl design.
This antique silver teapot is fitted with a hallmarked, domed flush hinged cover surmounted with an impressive and original, cast sterling silver flame style finial; the flush hinge indicates the high quality of the piece.
This exceptional example of antique teaware retains the original C scroll carved painted wood handle featuring a plain scrolling thumbpiece and a cast silver leaf decorated design to the upper socket,

This antique 1930s silver teapot is a superior gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. The interior of the teapot has been professionally cleaned and is ready for use. Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the foot and part hallmarks to the interior of the cover are all very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the superior gauge of silver.
