About the Item

This sterling silver candlesticks are simply gorgeous!! They are 12 inches tall and have a lovely silhouette. There are garlands and flowers from top to bottom. Notice the workmanship around the scalloped base. Every detail was done to perfection! The bobeche come off.

This fine antique Victorian sterling silver Chamberstick (chamber candlestick) has a plain circular form in the George I style. The well is plain and unembellished, encompassed with a plain elevated border. The plain cylindrical capital retains the original detachable hallmarked sconce ornamented with a plain applied moulded border. This antique chamberstick is fitted with a stylized Trefid pattern handle, embellished with two contemporary bright cut engraved crests of a squirrel sejant eating a nut to the right of an elephant and castle.
