We offer this English rolls razor blade sharpener, circa 1930. Made by Rolls Razor, Ltd., of Cricklewood, London. The Rolls Safety Razor product was a sophisticated safety-razor which came in a metal box designed to allow the blade to be stropped against the lid and thus was not disposable.
