About the Item
Inspired by volatile characters that fly over the heights, these striking translucent glass circles form a lighting project for interior spaces designed by the Spanish designer Jorge Velasco.
Its structure is made of acrylic methacrylate with an infinite range of colors.
Jorge Velasco, born in Madrid (1986), studied and graduated in Product Design at the Escuela Superior de Diseño in 2016. Recently, he has trained as a designer of digital products and services. Jorge Vela has a sincere vision of design, it is his particular way of understanding the world that surrounds us. His methodology resides in experimentation with the material and with the creative process, combining traditional and modern techniques to develop viable projects that change the current paradigm towards authentic sustainability. He has published his work in prestigious industry magazines such as AD magazine, different entities have recognized his pieces in exhibitions, and companies such as Cosentino have collaborated on his projects.
