Classicist Basket Chandelier in antique Empire Style silver brass hand carved
About the Item
Finely chased and silvered bronze. Basket-shaped body made of hand-wired pearl strings in the course with leaf rosette and a final pince-nez pin. Connected by broad, ornamental relief and open-worked hoop, decorated with chased swans. Starting from this, six curved candlesticks ending in vase-shaped spouts over round eaves. Rich circumferential prism hanging. Double crown-shaped conclusion of drop prisms. Inside 8x 27er version, electrified. The entire candlestick is made in very elaborate craftsmanship. The finely polished crystals, which contain 30% lead, break and reflect the light through the hundredfold facets.
