About the Item
Each blade begins as a solid brass bar which is then machined on each side to create the long channels that will conceal the LEDs. The bars are then brushed, heated, and hand patinated before being milled again. This process produces thousands of tiny cuts in the oiled surface and creates the striking texture. Finally, the bars are cleaned, lacquered, and fitted with LED lights. All work is fabricated to order in our studio.
LEDs are dimmable 2700K warm white. 10,000+ lumen.
Canopy and stem are brushed brass with clear lacquer or naturally aged brass finish.
