About the Item

A French eight-light iron chandelier from the mid-20th century. This French midcentury chandelier features a central iron ring which is ornately decorated with a collection of c-scroll patterns throughout. There are eight torch-like lights set about the perimeter of central ring, each on twisted posts supporting the iron bobeches with their candle covers, which sit above the main ring. It has been rewired for the US and comes with a complimentary 3-foot chain and canopy painted to match. This French iron chandelier would work really well above a dining area, in a kitchen, or perhaps hanging in a foyer.
