These signed 1870s oil lamps feel very comfortable with multi layered patterns but also work as a surprising counter point in a midcentury modern room. History is always in style. This is a nice working chain drive Bradley and Hubbard oil lamp. It was electrified keeping its original Victorian character. The drop is 42 inches and can pull down to over 56 inches. This type of lamp always looks interesting hanging low over a side table and is a interesting alternative to a table lamp.
