About the Item

Glamorous Hollywood Regency period hanging fixture by noted American maker, Prescolite, circa 1960-1970's. The chandelier features s beaded basket like bottom surrounded by a ring of faceted glass at the outer edge. The frame is of bright chrome, as is the vertical post, the ceiling canopy is a softer finish metal, possibly silver plate. The interior has six sockets, each accepts a standard size screw in bulb, the vertical post has an ingenious sectioned construction, allowing you to easily shorted the drop by simply removing a section. In addition its voguish, chic, and sophisticated style, this chandelier is very well constructed, in very fine original, clean and working condition, we have had it professionally rewired and it is ready to install ( wired for U.S. application ). Total Drop 34.5 x H of Glass Ring 7 inc Glass Ball at center x Dia. 21.5 inches.
