Barbedienne, the body cast in base relief with a scene of two young men playing music and of a couple in a ritual offering, issuing a central stem and six acanthus-sheathed arms, each surmounted by a heron, on a rouge griotte marble plinth, Height 33 in. (83 cm.) Width12 in. (30 cm.) Condition Report One candelabrum with a repair to the branch, otherwise good condition.
