A beautiful and very high quality French 19th century Louis XVI st. ormolu and Baccarat crystal Marie Antoinette chandelier. The six arm chandelier is centered by a solid Baccarat crystal ball below a lower crown like ormolu and crystal pendant amidst a stunning array of teardrop shaped Baccarat crystal pendants. Each elegantly scrolled arm is adorned with lovely swaging garlands leading to foliate candle cups. An impressive crystal dagger encased in six beautiful chains and crystal garlands is at the center with an additional striking and most decorative crown. Above is the majestic Marie Antoinette top crown with ormolu sprays of superb Baccarat tear drop shaped crystals. All original gilt throughout.
