French Art Deco Chandelier Signed “Degué”, France, circa 1930s

About the Item

An exceptional example of French Art Deco design, this chandelier features five beautifully detailed frosted press molded glass shades, four hanging tulip shades, all signed by Degué, and a central geometric body in bronze with a nickel finish. The glasswork showcases signature motifs of the era: stylized floral patterns, bold geometric textures, and a masterful interplay of light and texture. The structure in bronze with a nickel finish. is suspended by four sweeping metal arms that join at a finely detailed ceiling canopy, giving the piece a sense of both balance and sculptural form. This rare light fixture evokes the glamour and sophistication of interwar Paris, ideal for refined interiors that celebrate history and craftsmanship. Delivered and wired for American or European use. Bulbs not included.
