Elegant French bronze and cut crystal eight-candle arm chandelier / pendant in the modern neoclassical style of Louis XVI by Maison Bague`s for Maison Jansen with nine different forms of crystal. Literature: See similar smaller model in Aguttes Catalog, Arts Decoratifs du XXth Siecle, Paris-Drouot, June 11, 2014, p. 237. Jansen utilized such timeless chandeliers in their grand projects such as the White House re-design for Jackie Kennedy in 1962. See Jansen Furniture, James Abbott Archer, Acanthus Press, New York, 2007, p. 279 for example.
